All deliveries made by Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC to the customer are based on the following general terms and conditions. These terms apply to all offers and agreements between Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC and the customer and are considered accepted for the entire duration of the business relationship. Any conflicting or deviating conditions of the buyer shall only be binding if expressly accepted in writing by Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC.

Right to change:

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue Globalistores, or any service, content, feature, or item offered through Globalistores, with or without notice.
Charge fees in connection with the use of Globalistores.
Modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with Globalistores.
Offer opportunities to some or all users of Globalistores.

You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website, or of any service, content, feature, or item offered through Globalistores.

Ordering:

By placing an order, and by completing, accepting, and confirming the order form on the Internet, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract of purchase. Before final confirmation of the order form, the Customer has the opportunity to review and verify that all information is accurate on the summary page.

In the event that Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC is unable to complete a transaction due to goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the Customer will be informed immediately that the service is unavailable. If the Customer has already made payment for the goods, such payment will be reimbursed.

Delivery / Shipping:

Delivery is made within 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery shall be carried out by a shipment service provider chosen by Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC. The Customer is required to pay standard delivery charges, which may vary depending on the order value and the delivery location (in certain cases).

www.globalistores.com will not deal with or provide any services or products to individuals or entities in OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Multiple shipments or deliveries may result in multiple charges appearing on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Prices Policy:

All stated prices are net prices as indicated in the order confirmation summary. The delivery address shall be decisive. If, in accordance with applicable statutory regulations, the goods are subject to sales taxes or customs duties in the destination country, such charges shall be paid additionally upon receipt of the goods. Furthermore, the goods may be subject to import duties, which shall also be borne by the Customer upon receipt.

The purchase price, together with delivery and handling charges, is payable immediately and without deduction.

Payment Policy:

Payment may be made by credit card or Cash on Delivery (available only in selected countries). Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC reserves the right to restrict the available payment methods based on the delivery country or order value.

In the event that the selected payment method is not practicable, despite Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC having fulfilled its contractual obligations—particularly in cases where a direct debit cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or incorrect information—the Customer shall reimburse any additional costs incurred by Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC or any third party involved in processing the transaction.

Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC is entitled to engage trusted third parties for payment processing:

In the event of payment default, Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC may assign its claims to a debt collection agency and transfer the necessary personal data required for payment processing to such third parties.
Where third parties are involved in payment processing, payment shall only be deemed complete once the amount has been received by the third party in accordance with the contractual terms, enabling them to dispose of it accordingly.

The Customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form only
