About Global iStores

Global iStores is a Dubai-based retailer of consumer electronics, operated by Suntech Global Technology Trading LLC. Since 2019 we have supplied Apple and other leading technology brands to customers across the UAE through our showrooms and our online store.

What We Do

We are a retail seller of physical products only. Our business consists of:

  • Selling brand-new, sealed Apple products — iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Mac mini and Apple Watch
  • Selling laptops, tablets, smartphones and desktops from brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft
  • Selling consumer electronics accessories — headphones, speakers, power banks, cameras, printers and smart gadgets
  • Selling certified pre-owned and refurbished devices, clearly labelled as such
  • Delivery of purchased goods across the UAE, and in-store collection at our Dubai showrooms
  • Processing returns, exchanges and manufacturer warranty claims for items purchased from us

What We Do Not Do

To be clear about the scope of our business: Global iStores does not provide technical support, device repair, hardware servicing, software installation, data recovery, account or password assistance, or any other technical support service — neither for products bought from us nor for products bought elsewhere. We do not offer these services to consumers or to businesses, and we do not act as an aggregator or referral service for third-party support providers.

If a device requires service, customers are directed to the manufacturer or to an authorised service provider under the manufacturer's own warranty programme. Any warranty claim we process is a retail transaction handled through the manufacturer, not a repair or support service performed by us.
